Michel Roch (phd in Sciences), born in Geneva in 1955, has been an IT consultant for international companies. He has exert high management responsibilities in the public sector in order to promote the IT reform for the State of Geneva. He was also the consultant for ICRC in order to help the rewriting of the role specifications between the board of trustees and the general and operational direction.

Today, he proposes, to different companies, his organizational skills within a global offer for change management.
