Michel Roch was born in Geneva in 1955 and holds a PhD in Science. He has been an IT consultant for many international companies. Michel has directed upper management in the public sector promoting IT reform in the State of Geneva. He also consulted with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in order to assist in the rewriting of the role specifications between the Board of trustees and the general and operational direction of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).

Michel continues to offer his organizational skills in change management within the global arena.
