FSD Manila Support Office was created in 2006 to provide the following accounting and administrative support to the Swiss Foundation for Mine Action (FSD) headquarters and to the various field offices:

Accounting
General ledger / Accounts receivable/payable on SunSystems 5 • Cost accounting • Electronic payments • Internal audit of field accounts • Cash planning • Invoicing • International benefits & compensation and general HR administration with the OrangeHRM online system • Management of power of attorneys for bank-accounts

Administration
Tracking of donor contracts • Contracts management • Storage, archival and retrieval services for documents • Translation services • Reconciliation of field inventories • Management of insurance portfolio and the FSD Risk Fund • Central procurement and asset management

Support missions to project offices for audit, training and supervision of administrative and finance staff
